Description: Based on established business rules, the CSR or Authorized User determines what Collection Process is the best fit for the specific Account. Usually CSR or Authorized User chooses Collection Template. Sometimes CSR or Authorized User needs to add, subtract or modify events to form Collection process that satisfies business requirements. CSR or Authorized User also links to the process all the eligible SAs. CSR or Authorized User uses Collection Process screen to populate all the Collection Process related data.
